This specialty coffee is our most unique single origin because it is grown in a region of Uganda that is very close to the Kenyan border, yet it tastes nothing like a Kenyan coffee. This coffee will delight you with hints of dried plum, lemon-lime acidity and chocolate. This coffee is freshly roasted to order for each delivery.
About The Sipi Falls Coffee Project
We are currently developing a direct trade relationship with farming groups in the Bugisu region near Sipi Falls. The small family farms are at a wide range of altitudes from 4,900 - 8,200 feet. Farmers deliver their fresh cherry to a centralized wet mill. The local Farmers Training Center provides training to local farmers on coffee handling best practices. Our Sipi Falls Uganda coffee is Rainforest Alliance and UTZ (fair trade) certified to ensure a better future for the wonderful farmers who grow this coffee.
About the Sipi Falls Uganda Subscription
The Sipi Falls Uganda Subscription includes a single origin coffee profile card and recommended brew method card that is updated on a monthly basis. This subscription is available in 4 oz., 12 oz. or 2 lb. bags. Choose from 1-4 bags in the size you select, and you can choose to have your coffee delivered to you on a weekly basis, every two weeks or on a monthly basis. We also offer custom subscriptions if the options above do not meet your needs. Please see the section below regarding custom subscriptions for more information.
How Our Coffee Subscriptions Work
A Casita Coffee Roaster's subscription is hassle free and is discounted from our normal retail rates. With a specialty coffee subscription, you will never have to make an emergency run to the store or coffee shop if you run out of coffee because you will always have fresh roasted coffee on hand.
Our subscription coffee is roasted and sent out for delivery on Monday of each week, and our coffee menu is updated on a monthly basis. For example, if you select the "every two weeks" subscription, you will receive freshly roasted coffee once every two weeks. You can expect your first delivery to be sent out on the first Monday after you start your subscription. Your second delivery will be sent to you either one week, two weeks or one month later, depending on the delivery frequency you select.
With our subscriptions, you can:
- Change, cancel or pause your subscription at anytime or for any reason.
- Select how much coffee you would like & how often you would like it delivered.
- Give a coffee subscription as a gift for a family member or friend.
